April Rose Schneider
Hi my name is Rosie and I'm a post operative male to female transexual. You might say I was transexual when transexual wasn't cool. The pitfalls of gender identity dysphoria are numerous and often harrowing. The path to one's own true identity is the path to self knowledge. I am committed to the process of educating the seeker as well as their friends, family, significant others, employers and the public in general. Toward accomplishing this goal, I have written extensively in an effort to put a human face on this most controversial subject. One of the best profiles of my life may be found ijn a book entitled "Finding the Real Me,True Tales of Sex and Gender Diversity", published in 2003.
The process of de-mystifying transgenderism is my goal and my life's work. I will share my experience strength and hope in an effort to raise consciousness and ease the suffering of those who still live in the shadows. Thanks for being here. Rosie
